Terms & Conditions

Location
In-Beauty treatments can take place in my own beauty room or in the comfort of your own home.
Spa Days
When booking a Spa package please understand a 50% (non-refundable) deposit will be required upon booking.
Travel
Due to the high cost of travel agreed home bookings over 15 miles from Woolley Grange, Woolley will incurr a 20p per mile surcharge. (Min £10 spend on mobile treatments)
Cancellations
I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this timeframe will attract a 50% charge. Non notification of cancellation will attract a 100% charge.
(rescheduling a booking with 24hrs notice = no fee)
